What's the tapered system that only adds 4hp that they are talking about?

 

I 'think' they are talking about the head pipe alone adds 4 hp since it 'tappers' from the exhaust oulet on the head. It's supposed to be some patented design and the ceramic coating is supposed to be accounting for 2% hp due to how much it cools (like stuff on the space shuttle).
