Well have you gived them a call and see where your parts are or did they just use your credit card and then take your money because if they did and you have proof of it get a lawyer involved and i bet you will be getting your parts

If you used a credit card you need to call your card company. They will handle it for you. I had a company not respond after paying for 2 weeks. I called my card company and got a call from the vendor the nextday. Most businesses aren't going to mess with a card company. If you used paypal , they will help you also. Money orders can also be tracked.

Hell half the time you don't even have to get a layer just tell them that they will be hearing from your's and most of the time they change thier tune real quick. I have never heard of them before but thanks for letting us know they are shady

"tell them you're getting a lawyer" is one of the oldest and lamest lines. For starters, how much did you spend? Small claims court now takes claims up to $5k, with no lawyers allowed. Did you use a credit card? You should dispute it through them first, if you wrote a check then check to see if it was cashed. How long ago did you pay for this?

Probably varies by state I guess....anyway, lawyers don't take contingency cases over an atv part.

They claim that they have shipped your parts? Parts like these would go through UPS and they would have a tracking number. Also you can track a money order to see if it was cashed. You can threaten a lawyer but they will probably laugh at you. This would be stronger and more effective. Let them now that you will post this same statement on every forum known to man. Do a search. There are tons of them and that will hurt them more than a lawyer. Power of the internet. If enough people seen it, it would hurt their business. I already would be hesitant to buy from them just from this.
One last thing, have you checked with your customs office to see if they were maybe held up for some reason?
