They have a fancy web site but do not have anything available on their site. Everything is "coming soon".
They have a 99.7% positive rating on ebay.
I would complain to ebay about them, also flood their web site with negative comments to them.

My cousin had to to threaten arctic cat with a lawyer to fix his atv under warranty and ac is fixing it now so the morle of the story is lawyers work.
