Hi, I have an 06 with a Ron woods intake with no lid, full RS7 Yosh, and Dyno jet kit. I am running a 155 main, 48 pilot, and have tried various needle settings. From a low to mid speed I can't hit the throttle without it dying. I added the Boysenen accelerator pump and still no difference, I took it to my dealer two days ago, they told me it is normal. I can't believe this is the case with a top of the line race bike, who else has a problem like this? Thank you for all your help.

 

Holy chit man with those mods you are WAAAY lean on the main.

Go to a different dealer (that one is a moron) and get a 165, 168, and 172 main. Try them and see how they do. It's bound to be one of those.
