For what? What type of riding do you do and how old/big are you and how experienced. Actually, they both are good bikes and would provide you with many years of trouble free riding as long as you do the proper mtce. We have the Raptor 350 (new Warrior) and had a 96 Warrior we bought new and kept for 9 years, never any trouble with them, I "think" the Warrior would be slightly faster than the 300, but the 300 is a great handleing quad.

I have owned both. The little EX is probably the best tight trail quad of all time! Because of its medium size, it is very, very agile in tight places. These machines are tough, and the motor will give you descent power with a few simple mods. I even use to bust out some pretty big air on that thing. Wish I had kept mine, now that my kids are big enough to ride one.
The Warrior on the other hand, was absolutely the WORST quad I ever owned. Its ergonomics were terrible, and even though the machine wasn't terribly heavy, it handled like it weighed a ton! Every time I changed oil, there was a pile of shavings in the filter.

the warrior is faster than the EX, but I would take the 300 over the warrior in anything else like it was said earlier the EX probably the all time BEST trail quad out there and it does have enough power to do just about anything you want and you can lug the motor way down when trail riding or whatever and it dosn't care, 300EX all the way
