Has anyone noticed how the 04 700 EFI has a 300 to 400 rpm surge off idle? The problem is that it goes from 1200 to about 1600 or 1800 rpms in a heartbeat. No smooth transition like the later efi systems. I know this is normal for that year but has anyone ever found a fix for it. Polaris is not offering a reflash or anything even though it is dangerous when in tight spots. Thanks Charlie.
