I have a sunl 110 that has 3 30 min rides on it. Every time he rides it the exhaust bolts fall out,the motor mount bolts loosen,rear axel bolts and tensioners vibe loose and chain falls off. A-arm bolts vibe off. If you hold the back of quad off ground, and give it gas, it will shake so bad you cant hold on too it. And all that stuff shakes loose in 30 min. Hell one time the front spindle fell off. I have used loctite on all the bolt and it dont matter.

 

I know you said you used locktite, but were the bolts clean and did you let them sit for 24 hours? Try the red lock tite if not.

 

I followed the directions perfect. Im not a newb to atv's..i own a grizzly,banshee with mods,Polaris 90, and a Warrior that i put a big bore 400cc kit on it. And i know there is a bad problem with this little quad. If you lift it off ground and give it some throttle, you cant even hold on to it cause it vibrates so bad. It has a total of 1.5 hours of riding on it. Im gonna take the chain off and start it and see if it still shakes. If it does then i know its the engine. I heard that them japs have put in crooked cranks before in these. But you would think the engine would knock if that was the case. Hell i dont know, but i do know if it is the engine im gonna junk the thing.

Well i took the chain off and started it....and its the engine. I can hold the head and rev the engine and it shakes like crazy. It dont knock or anything and makes great power. I was thinking a cr80 engine will fit perfect. Ill be the only guy around with a sunl 110 with a 2-stroke cr80 in it. I bet it would be sick.
