Starting Rancher S in Gear?

Has anyone come up with a wiring diagram for a 350 S? I am looking to allow my Rancher S to start in gear. I know this topic went around for the ES models back in September, but as far as I can tell nothing was ever resolved. I would appreciate it if someone can give me the latest rundown. Thanks!
