Default Can someone give Coil specs for a 1996 warrior

Hi can someone tell me what color wires the pickup (pulser) coil should have, and what the resistance specs should be for a 1996 warrior. My manual is only for quads up until 1995 and apparently my quad has different specs. The same info for the source coil would be cool too. Thanks

Does anybody have a manual that covers a 1996 Warrior. The specs and wire colors should be right in the tables at the end of the Electrical system section. I really wish that I made the guy at the motorcycle shop order the manual specific for my bike. He gave me the manual for the 1987-1995 warriors and told me that the only difference was the carburetor. Good salesman.

If you type into your search engine such as google, for 'yamaha warrior service manual' you may turn up with a down-loadable copy. I did this for a 2000 warrior.

The ignition was changed quite a few times I guess. Did you get those specs from the sandwizards. The weird thing about that manual on Sandwizards if you look at page 20 it gives you specs like you gave me. But then go to page 296 and it gives you totally different colors and specs. Very Confusing. I'm not sure if the 96 is supposed to be in the 500 ohm range or 200 ohm. It confuses the colors to. Let me know if you can decipher.
