We have made many black plastic shields to bolt onto regular aluminum bark busters for dirt motorcycles. We used heavy duty plastic truck mud flaps and cut them into about 4x8 rectangles and just bolt them on. Broken flaps may be available in scrap bins at large truck repair facilities. Never tried making the aluminum bars or clamps.
