Default universal sprockets

I was wondering if sprockets of the same numer (520, 530) are universal? would any 530 chain/sprocket for say a ds650 fit on a rappy700r? (i dont know what kind of chains and sprockets they use but im just guessing)

or do you have to get a sprocket and chain specifically designed for a specific model so that the sprocket fits on the shaft coming out of the gear box?

i want to know because there are hardly any aftermarket parts for the ds250, and no aftermarket sprockets, so i was wondering if i could just buy a 13 tooth 520 sprocket and put it on my little DS (i think it uses a 520 chain stock) there's a john deere dealer within walking distance of my house so i'ld rather just go there, and get a 13tooth sprocket from them, they probably have them for farm equipment, and if not, is there any brands i could try, or could i buy a replacement sprocket for a 300ex, 350 raptor or something,

does anyone know what size the rally uses for a front sprocket, because that would very helpful if they told me or if you told me about another model that uses a 13tooth sprocket as stock.

520 and 530 are the chain size they are not inerchangable as far as the sprockets they are pretty much machine spacific but some are interchangable like a warrior and a banshee have the same front sprocket splines but I doubt you will find a sprocket that fits at a tractor place.
I would go to a local dealer or on line and get what you want.

Crazy like i mentioned before a 530 will not fit on a 520 but there is a conversion kit for the ds650 that will make it have a 520 chain with 520 sprockets...You need to make sure the bolt patterns match up the clearance is good and the spline matches up from the engine to the sprocket...Differnet manufacturers do different things so you would have to mae sure they will fit...I would just keep the quad how it is unless you can find a sprocket that fits perfectly...I am guessing you are dropping a tooth from stock so that means you will have beter acceleration but less top end is that what you are looking for to do to the bike because I wouldn't do alot because there are only certain mods for the quad that you can get as of now so don't spend a fortune to be honest you can only get a certain amount of power out oof these quads
