This might sound stupid but I can not get the spark arrestor out of my pipe. I have removed the bolt out of the tail pipe like the manual tells you to and pulled and it wil not move at all. I put brake free around the edge, warmed up the pipe and nada. Anyone else have this problem?

 

Soak it overnight with WD-40, pull AND twist back and forth....takes a little effort, but should break loose. You may say a few nasty words in the process!!!

 

I had the same problem with mine, I drilled the rivets out of the end cap pried the spark arrestor out and put the cap on with screws.
