PARTS INVENTORY, SERVICE, LABOR COST BIG $$$
#1
All,
Have been getting questions on why Raceway is so good; then why do the sell the same quads at higher price? Fair question! Reputation cost time, money and effort...plus, you have to eat a lot of sh__ pie on the way to get there. Let me give you an example from my Kazuma 250 intake manifold. My local guy went to Kazuma and waited six weeks for $35.00 part. Raceway had it on the shelf for $45 or something close. They predict from past failures that having one on the shelf may cost them up front, but will some day make money. Now if you're smart you'd know that waiting six to eight weeks on a part can be a big part of your riding season. So, they know I'll pay more to ride than sit around being pis'd. Bottom line:
Parts inventory, service to help and labor to move quads and parts cost money. They is why you see a lot of Christmas fly by nights coming through. Again, SEADAWG is not in Raceway's bed, I don't get sh__ from them, nor would I. I'm an independent human trying to help. RACEWAY doesn't always like my posting either. I'm a career naval officer in logistics...I know a lot about parts support, service and labor Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. God Bless.

Nope, I dance to my own drum beat. I have no loyalty to Raceway or anyone else Have a good weekend. I have a tight eye on Raceway this Christmas season...if they fall short, watch out...I'll be on them SEADAWG
