WHY DOES EVERY ONE THING THE PIECE OF JUNK POLARIS SCRAMBLERS CAN BEAT A 400EX!!!!! MY NEIGHBOR HAS A 2000 SCRAMBLER 400 2X4 WITH A PIPE(HE IS ALSO 25LBS LIGHTER THAN ME).I HAVE A 2000 STOCK 400EX AND I KICK HIS @$$ ON THE ROAD AND IN THE GRASS. ONE OF MY FRIENDS HAS A 2000 SCRAMBLER 500 STOCK AND I BEAT HIM EVEN WORSE.I CANT BELIEVE YOU THINK THEY WILL BEAT A 400EX!!!!

 

My dad has a sport 400 polaris(99) and I have a 400ex. I can also beat him pretty bad.especially on tight trails.

 

My Sport says EX's taste just like chicken. The EX is a little better at cornering, but on the straights, I can literally do circles around them.

 

i talking about in a straight line 400ex's kill them and sports.

 

We own a Sport 400l, (98') with pipe/silencer and clutch kit. HPD everything. It beats a 400 easy

 

I have beat a 400ex three ways to Sunday.

Way 1

100 yard reverse drag----No contest

Way 2

100 yard drag in MUD-----No contest

Way 3

100 yard drag---Holeshot to finish line...No contest (but close enough to be interesting)

I believe (know) a properly piped (with a properly tuned clutch) Scrambler (400 4x4) will beat a 400ex with a pipe and K&N airfilter because I have done it..

Who cares if my Scrambler400 4x4 whips a 400ex.
It does and I sure don't care. I ride for me and you should do the same friend. Inferiority complexes are not good for your health!
