98' grizzly smokes like heck! i have bored and put new piston and rings in it about 3 years ago and it fixed the problem for about a year and its doin it again. now i think it is the valves. it smokes so bad that i have to fill it up with oil every other hour while im out riding. Has any one else had this problem with there atv, and do you have a solution? i would fix the valves but i have not near the money since i am only 16 and for some reason my dad who knows how to fix it will not put any money into the atv. I honestly would get a job to afford to fix myself but my school is getting in the way of that.

I am 17 and go to school on the golf team and work! I think your problem is the mechanic!
