Hello, I have an 04 predator 500 and am looking for a power kit for it. Please let me know what most people are running and what it all comes with. Are there any air box eliminator kits out there? I can't stand messing with the stock set up everytime I check the filter. Any information is welcome. Thanks.

 

I/m using the K&N filter SN-2550 & K&N filter wrap SN-2550PK.
Fits straight on to the carb inlet & does away with the filter box.
I left the box in place though as it makes a great tool box once you block up the holes in it.

 

That is awesome. How are the jets set up? Stock pipe still.

 

Haven't changed the jetting yet. Still on the standard 150 main.
Can feel the change with just the new filter.
I have a stage 3 Dynojet kit on hand to use when I put the pipe & header on. I have ordered a pro circuit system.

 

hey when u remove the aibox whats tht little tube in the right connected to the egine and if i remove the aibox do i just leave it setting there or do i have to put somthing on it

 

That's the crank case breather. You need to put a filter into that as well. Any small filter that fits a 1/2"hose will do. I think a crank case breather filter off a mini is what I used.

Put on a pro circuit system & played with the jetting. Stayed on the stock pilot jet & ended up with a 170 dynajet in the main. Mixture set at 2 1/4 turns out.
