OK heres oldie but a goodie!
I understand lighter the piston faster it can rev, and can make more HP on a Dyno,but what piston makes more torque? say 100mm 12 1/2 to 1
1 piston is 515 grams and the other piston is at 535 grams, will the heavier piston make more torque?

The heavier would more than likely make more low end tq but lose it's advantage up higher - me thinks... Not sure tho. I do know that lightwieght flywheels on 4cyl Honda engines typically make more HP and TQ up in the higher RPM's, tried several different weights and found that on a high compression motor the lighter the flywheel the better. Now obviously I would think that every setup would be affected differently by any rotating wieght/mass.
