Default Mounting a Honda 200s

I got a custom go cart made from a cut and stretched quadracer 230 with an 84 200s motor mounted on the rear swing arm . The engine is mounted over the axle (instead of infront) and its causing the chain to rub on the case (need to rig A tensioner) the thing is i got no spark i was wondering what the most common problem that would cause this. Does anyone have experience with this? Also how much oil does honda recommend in a 200s i had to cant the motor back a little so the dip stick lies.

Default what hapens when you cut up, stretch and weld a 84 atc & a 91 quadracer you get this

I'm battling the no spark issue myself. Can be one of several things. Bad CDI, Bad coil, Bad spark plug, Improperly ground, Bad stator, or loose wire or bad connection somewhere. Time to get out the meter and run through the wiring harness.
