Default Panther ATV's, need pre purchase info

Anyone heard or had any experience with a line called Panther? I have a friend that was over for Christmas and took a ride on our new Dingos (before one broke) and went out looking yesterday and found a product called the Panther. All I can find is the distributors website www.motodealerimport.com .

They have the Lincolin (think I spelled that right) motors.

I have told him to not do as I and buy from John at Raceway because he will have issues with what he buys (or should expect so), but he found a deal on a Panther 200 MD for around $1200.00 local (Atlanta area).

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Dear Sir,
I haven't heard of the company...so I always retreat to Raceway. Lets see if some local people come to bat for them, but I have never heard of them. Lets give them the benefit of doubt until they screw people and then we'll hammer them. Never know, they may be the next Raceway...or maybe not. Lets hope so, we need more people with good service. Love many, trust few and paddle your own canoe SEAPUP

I bought a panther 110 for christmas for my son from them. It was already put together, but I took it apart and loctite everything. I rode a Kazuma 110 before I bought this one and the suspension does not seem to be as stiff. Probably stiffer than a honda, suzuki, but we have some hill and terrances and seems to soak them up pretty well. So far the engine runs great and has cranked every time, has plenty of power. I am 240 lbs., and pulls me fine. It does have the loncin motor. After 3 days of continuous riding, it looks like the chain needs to be adjusted. The only complaint is the battery. I had to charge the battery twice before christmas. It has a digital readout for speed, clock, and gear indicator, and I believe the clock ran the battery down so the battery may hold up with riding more frequently. The folks I bought from were really nice and seeemed knowledgeable, and said he could get anything I needed. I have not had to have anything yet so we will see.
