Default WHat a mess part two!

Guys, on Christmas night I started to tear down the front end of my 500 Sportsman HO to put in EPI springs. Needless to say the front axles came out of the hub assembly prompting me to pull the boots apart and tear down the front end completely. I am now replacing the boots with American CV boots the guy was real good about getting me the parts and I will finish the project today. While I had the machine apart, I figured I would change the spark plug, what an adventure that was! I would like to meet the genius who decided to put it where it is. But with that being said, as I assemble the front end are there any pitfalls anyone could warn me of? I cleaned everything and even found one of the wires for the four wheel drive was starting to wear so I fixed that. Otherwise it all seems to be going pretty well.

Please let me know if there is anything else to look out for.

Thanks

Replace the c-clips on the axle ends, they get worn and will let things come apart.
