a ds650 and a raptor 700 side by side are VERY close. the ds might get the raptor off the line. they are about even up to 80mph then the raptor starts to pull away. depending on your size and ability for which one to get. if you are bigger and experienced go with the ds. p.s. how do i start a thread?

FOR WHAT IT IS WORTH, I WAS TOLD BY THE DEALERSHIP THAT SELLS BOTH SUZUKI & YAMAHA THAT THE NEW SUZUKI 450 IS THE WAY TO GO. IT WOULD TAKE 2 TO 3 GRAND WORTH OF MODS TO EQUAL THE NEW SUZUKI 450 WITH A CHERRY BOMB INSTALLED ( SOME TYPE OF IGNITION BOX). DONT KNOW WHICH ONE IS CHEAPER IN PRICE THOUGH. HE GAVE ME MY NEW 2006 WOLVERINE 450 4 X4 FOR $ 4199. AND MY SON GOT HIS 2007 RAPTOR 350 FOR $ 4399.

Kyledvor61, you must be browsing thru the posts via the "Today's New Topics" link (which is what I normally do). If you want to start a new topic (thread), click the "Home" button, then click on the pre-defined category link that you want your new post to appear under. You should then have a "New Topic" (the left-most) button which appears to the left of "Customize". Click that to originate a new topic...
Update: Ooops, I see that even when browsing via "Today's New Topics" I still have a "New Topic" button (it's between the "Profile" and "Search" buttons), except it only appears after you have clicked on an existing thread. So if you click on the New Topic button in this state, it will allow you to create a new thread under the same category in which the post you are currently browsing resides...
