hey guys, im new to these forums im hoping someone can help me out with some of my questions since i looked all over the net and cant find anything. first off is there any difference between the er and the r's frame because i cant find any parts anywhere for a 07 450er but i find parts for 06 er, i bought nerf bars for a 2006 450r figuring the holes will line up since i was told they would but they didnt. i want to start putting parts on my quad like an exhaust, pro peg nerf bars, ect but i cant find any where that sells anything for my quad its all later model 450's. are all parts universal? does the er change locations of any holes? is the frame different? if i buy something for a 06 how do i know it will fit mine? all help would be appreciated.

 

Have you tried Babbits online? I know they have stuff listed for 07 models just not sure about yours.

 

the 06 stuff should fit fine on an 07 the only years that will be different are 04/05 vs 06/07

the 06 is the same thing as the 07 i dont think they changed anything. maybe try diff nerfs, but exhaust, intake, cams. all that is the same. maybe they sent you the wrong stuff.

thanks for your help guys i found out what happened...
i ordered from rockymountainatv.com and instead of sending me 06 bars they sent me 04 bars. i didnt know it at first i thought it was my mistake for ordering the wrong parts so i paid to ship it back, it wasnt until i received the package back because the shipping company never took the first shipping label off so they sent it back to my house that i notcied on a small sticker it said 04-05 so i called and told them to refund my money for the parts and for shipping. so hopefully it will all be resolved soon. thanks again for your help
