Default overheating raptor660

I have lots of hi-performance mods done to my raptor. It was fine for the first year and a half or so. Now it seems to overheat everytime I ride it. Tried everything hi-performance radiator and the works. Nothing seems to help. Can't find anything mechanical or otherwise wrong with it. It runs very very strong. Would appreciate any ideas. I am also looking for an alcohol conversion kit for the carbsl. Can't seem to find one anywhere. Any ideas would be great.

raptor has:
JE 12.5 to 1 forged piston
Hot Cams Stage 2
Titanium valve springs and retainers
some head porting
aftermarket clutch
jet kit
k&n filter-no lid on box
yoshi full exhaust
dyna adj. ingnition box
fluidyne radiator
engine ice coolant
um oil tank +1quart

Assuming that your valve lash is fine and you're not loosing any coolant, it's probably time to rebuild/replace your water pump.

You need to fix your problem, not change something else that is unrelated. I realize you've hit a lot of dead ends and spent a lot of money and must be very frustrated, but alky is not the next step.

There were a couple people running alky on stock carbs, but not many and no one for quite a while. I don't know of a kit, but Mikuni might be a good place to start looking.

Is your fan coming on? I have to replace my fan thermostat about once a year. On the 4th one since new.
