Have you retorqued your head lately, I ran into this problem, so I ended taking the head off and found one head bolt to be only finger tight. Checking it with a straight edge and changing the head gasket might not be a bad idea either. Good luck

+4 inches. I am not sure if I like this axle yet. I can't keep the axle nut tight. It's always sloppy back there. I haven't had time to investigate why it keeps coming loose.

660SRX:

Are you running stock plastics? When I switched to Maier, I started over heating. The maier hood restrics air to the radiator. Just another thought.

FOR SWITCHING TO ALKY I WOULD TALK TO FTZ, THEY ARE ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES FOR RUNNING YOUR MACHINE ON ALKY.

Is it pumping antifreeze back into your overflow. What would normally happen is .When the head gasket blows it pushes hot air from your combustion chamber back through your cooling system and out your overflow. This has happened to me twice. You might get lucky and re-torque your heads. But you will not see steam in to you exhaust like one gentleman suggested. Try torqueing your head and also replace the thermostat. I would do those first then you will know if the head gasket is blown. Sorry for the long post and i hope this helps.

Also if you got those type of mods done i would go with a set of 35 or 39 fcrs then you can get alky set ups for it.
