Default Sportsman Problems

My 2001 sprotsman 500 is overheating everytime I ride. The coolant is boiling over and the light always lights up and the bike just plain out overheats.

Anyone have any ideas.

I need to know soon because I am planning a trip to Hatfield-McCoy.

Normally this is caused because the fan is not running..Unplug your fan from the sensor and jump it to see if it runs...I have had the sensors go out and also the fans...If the fan runs when jumped it is the sensor and if not repace fan motor..
