i have a 05 450r and it is a monster like i have never saw befor and i have raced bombs and rappys and beat the rappy by a quad lenght and the bomb by maybe a foot if i was lucky enough to be that far and i also ran a nother trx that was an 04 and beat him by two quad lenghts and i was wondering if that is even possible for stock i still caint beleive it because i got it for 10,000 at a dealership in michigan and they swore it was stock and after checking the heads,cylinder, and rev limiter they are stock as well so it is unexplained and i am not saying it is the fastest thing around my area cause i have ben beat but i dont know why its that way and i was wondering if anybody elses 450 is like that.

exactly what I was thinking...even with a Hinda HRC kit it won't be anywhere near 10k unless you have aftermarket you don't know about and even then I don't know.

YOU PAID 10 GRAND FOR A STOCK 450r WHAT ARE YOU STUPID... MSPR IS 3k LESS THAN THAT. EVEN WITH HRC KIT $7000 IS TOO MUCH... I PAID $4400 for my 05's end of the model end and they were 2 of 4 they had left at the dealer so I got a great deal... Not saying the best deal but great... (-:

 

I have just put a stage two hot cam in my 2005 trx 450r. I have been told by some people that after about 60 hours I will need to completely change my valves and springs. Is this true?

 

this dude is likely from canada....I paid $9000 for my dvx400 when it first came out. it was $7800 and then wit taxes and everything i paid $9000

my dad paid like 10gs taxes included for his canam outlander 400xt...the 800xts are like 11gs before tax...
