Well, anything will be better than that Cobra pipe. Almost everyone says the header on the Warrior does not need to be upgraded. I would go with an HMF slip-on. You get a choice of colors too.

I know it seems weird. Its pretty well known that the stock Warrior header is designed very well for the motor. A common mistake is thinking that bigger is better. Exhaust and intake gas velocity (speed) has a big factor on how much power you make at each RPM range. They even have products to make the exhaust header seem smaller to the motor. You may have seen a product called a "Torque Stuffer" The idea behind this is to make the exhaust port smaller but at the same time it raises the port gas velocity. This velocity helps pull more exhaust gases out of the motor while also helping pull more fresh air/fuel into the motor. Your intake valve starts to opens while the exhaust valve is still open. Changing this overlap (via a new cam profile) changes how well the motor will make power at each rpm. The problem you can run into is having a motor tuned too well for a single RPM range. You can hear this for yourself on a motor that is running a really big cam.. it almost can't idle.. but will have tons of power at the higher RPM range the cam was designed for.

Don't let me scare you away from a full system if you like the look of it or need to replace the rusted out stock system. I'm just going by the dollar to power ratio. I know full systems add a lot of power on motors like the 400ex and Raptor 660.. just not so much so on the oldie Warrior motor.
