I did this past week, and the problem turned out the dealership when changing the breakin oil
used 10W40 oil, and not the cold weather version 5W30CW for atvs. After changing the oil the Griz
starts like it is summer. Some of you may also have this identical problem.

HHMMMM.............Would a 660 start with the same oil

If so, it would seem the problem is in the EFI settings

Amsoil 0w40 is the only way to go. Especially in the winter. Flows like water when its cold then gets thick.

I run 10w30 yamalube and mine starts fine but, I do have a problem with it stalling. It seems to be the worst when its hot like tonight when I was plowing my drive way after the storm . It just kinda pops and dies and then starts right back up. If any one can help me figure this out and fix it that would be great! Thanks

Read what this stuff does and let me know what you think. Its probably poping from overheating, fan working right?

Mine won't start if its left outside overnight at temperatures less than 10 degrees. If I keep it in my garage it starts and runs fine, even at very cold temperatures (-19 is the coldest it has been in yet). There is no popping or stalling once it is running at low temperatures, it just wont start to begin with. And I mean it absolutely will not start, not that it is just difficult to start.

I also believe Amsoil 0-40 is the best synthetic oil to use

Give amsoil 0w40 a shot, If that doesnt work then hook it up to the battery charger when you try to start it.
