Paddle tires would work but getting to the mud wouldnt be that fun, and you would probably mess up the paddles. I would buy Pure Sport Realitors. I have a set 0f 22x12x9 for my 400ex. They make bigger models if it is for your recon, I think they go up to 25 or maybe even a 26. The way the tread works is quite unique. Picture a tire that has bandit (the tire) type tread along the outside of the tire (about 2 inches in on both sides) and then with the remaining 8 inches the tread goes into the tire some what, and makes little half circles. When you run them one way, They work awsome for mud, and the other way they work awesome for sand, snow and climbing hills. You'll have to check them out sometime if you already havnt.

yes realitors are way better for tracing on mud quad ( and good for some banshee's for climbing)
if you have dennis kirk catalog look in the tire section to see a picture if you have never seen them
