How to engage parking brake on 06 Rancher 350 ES

Can anyway tell me how to engage the parking brake on an 06 Rancher 350? I see the small tab with an arrow pointing forward, but it doesn't lock.

I'm not sure about the Rancher, but on my Foreman and Rincon. You just pull the rear brake lever (left hand side) and flip the little tab forward. If it doesn't catch then pull harder.

Nevermind, I figured it out. I wasn't pulling the brake lever far enough.

Don't forget to release it before you take off! Lots of folks forget this, and then they wonder why their brakes wore out so fast and why their quad is so slow..........
