I have a yellow 2001 400EX with about 20 hrs on it and my front brakes a squealing bad. I checked them there are not rocks jammed in there. Any idea why this is happening. Or how I can fix it? I have not been riding them very hard at all.

 

don't all new brakes squeal, until they are properly broken in?

 

they did not squeal before tonight.

 

there is a recall about the brakes on the 400ex... are u sure there is a pad on each side of the disc.....

 

no mine was not recalled

 

i'd bring it to your dealer and say it has allways been like that and they might fix it for free it worked for my dad but i dont knwo what happened 2 his quad. lol
