I'm looking into buying a used 300ex, and installing a 330 kit on it. But first i need to know if the 330 kit will give me the power i need to beat a 400ex everywhere in the woods, track, and fields. Next, which companies sell a 330 kit and for what price? Which one provides the most power? i need power everywher, low, mid and top end.

I"m 15 and am already six feet tall. I weigh about 145pounds. Would i feel cramped on a 330ex, or feel that it was underpowered? Cause i want it to be able to outrun a 400ex.???

look in the january issue of dirtwheels.there's an article about a 330 kit for the ex.it even says it will outrun a 400ex.i was thinking about getting the kit myself.i alread got a high performance picton and bored it over 30.there are many more thing you have to buy though. it is very expensive but it sounds like the thing to do if you want to outrun the 400ex's.
