250ex valve adjustment

250ex valve adjustment
When doing a valve adjustment on a 250ex the manual states to turn the crank shaft counter clockwise to reach TDC on the compression stroke. I was wondering from which perspective is counter clockwise, looking at it from the rear of the quad or from the front of the quad? Or is there another way to tell?
