2007 JetMoto 200,,,Let's talk.

Okay first I want to say that I think the 150 is a winner. It fits a nitch that no one else has come even close to. It is very light, 314 lbs, 43"wide, very adequately powered and with just a few mods, an absolute gem. I am thinking the 250 is too. Even though it is manual clutch, it does what no other quad out there does, especially for the price, although it is not as unique as the 150.
So lets get to the 200. Semi-auto, it is similar in configuration to the z-250 and 250EX, both winners in their own right. I believe that all the pictures I have seen so far are actually of the 2006 model, both on the Raceway site and the JetMoto site. The 200 specs say it weighs as unremarkable 375 lbs, which is 13 lbs HEAVIER than the 250...I think this is the 2006 specs. I believe the 2007 200 shares the same frame with the 250, and it should be lighter....SO where are we with the 200? Anybody have any real pictures of a 2007 200? What does it weigh? Inquiring minds want to know....

The 2007 200 and the 2007 250 are EXACTLY the same. Except for the 200 does not have an oil cooler and will come with the same tires as the 150. All other specs and looks are the same. The pix you have seen are of the 2006.
Hope this helps.

So bang for the buck,,,go for the 250, right? If the 200 weighs the same, and has a manual clutch, just like the 250, but has the little wheels with the tractor lug tires,,,then the 250 is at an obvious advantage. Unless there is a significant weight savings, I think maybe the 200 is not the way to go to just save a few hundred bucks...
