elka shocks

Default elka shocks

does anybody have elka shocks on there atv , i just ordered them for a 2006 outlander 800xt at $2000.00 , they told me it would be a like night and day and i would never ride with stock skocks again

I have them on my Wolverine 450 4x4. I like them so much and I can honestly say they were worth the $$.

I have them on my sport quad and they are much better than stock (but that wasn't hard). I know they would offer much better handling on our Grizzly too, but judging from my Banshee my wife doesn't want them. She likes the plushness of the stock setup.

I think it depends on what your stock suspension is like and what you are looking for from the upgrade. I like my suspension on the stiffer side and I've ridden other utility quads that I wouldn't updrade the shocks as they are good enough. I don't know how the Outlander rides, but the Grizzly in stock form is soooft!

i have 'em on my 650i. if i had to do it again, i'd order them the day i bought an atv. huge difference.
