I just wanted to share a little bit of my enthusiasm with my DS Brethren.

Our 29 Palms Wildcats (29-2) have had a pretty good run through the State tournament thus far, playing and defeating several much larger and higher ranked schools. They've provided countless hours of fine quality entertainment throughout this season and no matter what happens tonight it has been something very special for our little town.
Now for the fun part- don't know how many of you guys keep up with MaxPreps and all of the National rankings and such, but for those of you who do, we have the luxury of facing the Artesia Lakewood Pioneers tonight at 7 on their homecourt. For those who have never heard of them they are the Number 1 ranked team in America. Only loss was to Hunington, WV back when they were #1.
It shoul be quite interesting as the campus is right smack dab in the middle of South Central LA. Gotta go through Compton to get there.
Wish us well and wish us luck, unless you have some ties to South Central! I just hope I don't get the Reginald Denny treatment...

By the way, what happened to that hotwire thread? lol
