I am trying to get all the bugs worked out of this 4 wheeler. I am new to working on atv's but have alot of automotive experience. Anyway here goes. This machine will crank right up in most any weather the choke cable is frozen up and appears to be in the off position but not sure of that. I took the carb out and cant see how to replace the cable if I wanted to which I do.The only real running problem it has is it will not idle when it gets hot and will foul a plug once every 3 or 4 months. It will idle fine for the first 5 minutes but then will die as soon as you let off the gas, thought maybe the choke is hung in the on position.What would be my best option here diffrent carb try to rebuild what do you guys think.Any advise on the choke cable how to disassemble. thanks in advance One more thing what years of carbs would be compatable.
