Default Gains to be expected with this setup?

Been running a TM45 with ported intake, Big Gun complete race exhaust, Big Gun CDI, 15t countersprocket, and no air box for quite awhile now. More than pleased with the performance but there is always the need for more, so I am installing an 11.5:1 piston and a set of Woods 9 cams.
Will the addition of the last two items give me as noticable of a difference as the carb did when first installed? Anybody running a similar setup and have any input that I may need in advance to the first dune trip after intall?
Appreciate any and all comments.

Default Gains to be expected with this setup?

When I finally finished my build, which consists of the following, 12:1 HPR piston, WEB 109's, shim under bucket kit, bigger valves, mild port job, intake ported. I already installed a lectron 46 and had a full Alba exhaust and a Vortex rev box, anyway when I got done and ran it up and down the street to make sure everything works, I raced a freind of mine on his 06 YFZ and beat him badly, the 450 has a pipe and cams and such also.

I think you will be very happy when you get done, I know I am.
