WITH THE GT- THUNDER 440 KIT WHAT OCTANE LEVEL, AND OIL ARE YOU GUYS RUNNING????

 

I run 93 premium pump gas with my 11:1 and I run Mobil 15w-50w in the engine. Anything over 11:1 and you are going to have to run race gas. 13:1 they (GTT) are calling for alcohol!

 

I'm running Klotz 113 with the 12:1 IMS 440.

 

I don't have the GT Thunder setup from Lazarus, but I do run very similar compression. I run a blend of either Cam2 Purple or Phillips66 B-33 and premium (50/50). Probably unnecessary, but the way I generally abuse things, it's added insurance.

I also run Mobil1 15w50 year round.

BTW - Phillips66 B-33 smells much better than Cam2 Purple both in liquid state and exhaust state
