Anyone willing to take a guess as to why my kids scrambler 50 when propped up and holding the throttle at one position the engine will vari in speed alot. It is hard to start and keep idling. I awhile back cleaned the carb and it ran good for awhile.

In my limited knowledge I think it might be electrical, but I dont really know.
