Default Outlander 400HO or Yamaha Kodiak 400

Looking to buy a new ATV and have a dealer who sells both Yamaha & Ca-am. Can any one tell me which bike would be best the kodiak 400 or the Outlander 400HO. Both bikes are similar price, so it basically comes down to which one is more reliable and which one has the best fuel economy. Would have liked a Honda as I have heard that they are good on fuel, but according to the specs they have a lot less ground clearance compared to the other to bikes, which may be a problem as we have some rocky terrain. Was after an automatic or an electronic shift. Even the Honda Foreman 500ES has about 2 inches less ground clearance than the other bikes, but I have heard that they run very quietly and are good on fuel, but are also about $1500 dearer than the other 2 bikes.
Could anyone please help me with poinions on which would be the best bike? Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Depends what your looking for I guess, the outlander is going to be more powerfull and have a higher top speed. I would get the yamaha 450 kodiak/grizz but thats just me.
This being posted in the can am forums odds are your going to get more votes for the can am
