Well there isnt racin there but i saw someone with a ds other than me.It was a dark purple frame and a custom seat cover that was black and dark purple.And was powered by a suzuki crotch rocket engine.The guys friend crashed into each other.A honda 450r and a yfz 450.Man that honda looked bad.Frame looked bent.I myself almost ran over the same kid on a suzuki 400 three times.The kid didnt know what he was doin.Its a good thing my ds has good brakes because i would have demolished that suzuki.Also we broke our blazer we got it 4 feet in the air and didnt let of the gas in time and when we landid it tore the rear axle to pieces.And it down poured for an hour.If anyone knows this ds that i saw let me know it was very nice.

 

I was there saturday and The Ds you speak of was built by Dstroyer. He sold it to a gentleman who goes by "Grady" on the ATV Horse Power Junkies forum.

Its a nice bike, too bad he wouldnt race me yesterday. LOL
Just messing with ya Grady. (had to add that just incase he reads this, I enjoy messing with him)
I'm sure we'll meet up on a track sometime this summer.
Maybe at Silver Lake on april 21 & 22 ?


Actually, you wont really see any good racing at the badlands.
Theres no place to race.

I never had 1 person all day long ask me if I wanted to race. They do stop and stare for 10 mins, then walk away shaking their heads. LOL

 

sounds crazy, quadbart you had your turbo at the badlands? Seems odd that Garys old bike would be at the badlands as well~I mean it don't seem like a good trail quad.

 

Your the one with the partor that had an angled header pipe.I didnt get to see the engine.But sounded realllly good.There was also a guy that had another ds with the suzuki engine that was freakin turbo charged.I cant hang with all u guys on here.Im pretty stock.I dont want to mod untill my quad gets older and a rebuild is actually needed.I plan on doin the carb with my endcap and chain/sprockets.I noticed the ds with the suzuki engine didnt even get dirty.Whats up with that.I do race on the hills around the badlands.I line up with my cousins and shoot up the steeper hills.Im even with my cousins 450r up the dunes.The hills arent very big unfortunetly.But i like the badlands because its got variety of riding.

 

Next time we go to the badlands everyone in the area should come.We park on the right,right when you go down the little road to park.In a gully kinda.

 

lol I knew about the ride, just rough to get weekends off. I will do my best to make the next SL trip.

 

I wanted to hook up with you guys this weekend, but working nights and just too pooped each morning to head out that way for a few hours.

Yeah i was 1 of 2 ds's out there.But i kinda like it because people are interested in my quad because there not many around.Since putting on my new exhuast tip i get alot of attention.Its loud but sounds really good.
