I was just wondering what jets I should buy or if a jet kit would work....I'm going to be running full Baja exhaust with K&N and no lid and the guy said its bored out but i have no idea how much, I'm thinking it was just a little bit for a rebuild. Thanks for any help.

I'd start at a 175-180 main and a 42 pilot. If it helps, mine's pretty much dialed in to my FMF Hi-Flo plus Titanium 4 can with a 165 main, 40 pilot, and 3.75 turns out on the screw. I run the stock intake setup. (Not for long!)

What you're paying for with a jet kit is mainly knowledge. That's knowledge you can get for free on here and with a little tinkering.

Thanks, the only jet kits I've been finding only run up to a 170 main so that would've been pointless.

I have a complete stock 2005 400ex and was going to put a hot cam stage 1 on it and possibly a diff cdi unit on it. I was wonderig what you guys would do for jetting on it. Any info would be helpful, thanks.
