First off I'm new here so hello everyone. I just received a Gorilla 2500 Winch and mounting bracket and have been cussing over it for about 2 hours now. Long story short, bracket fits in fine, winch bolt holes wont line up on bracket because of the left side rubbing the gray bar from the bumper to the headlight assembly. The red electrical connection keeps hitting it and wont let the bolts line up. Am I stupid or missing something here? Hopefully someone has seen this or has an idea for a remedy. Thanks in advance.

 

I have heard of people having that problem with the holes not lining up and all they did was drill new holes, no big deal, shouldn't hurt anything to drill new ones.

 

i recently installed a warn winch on my '99 grizzly, all i can say is that i had to purchase a winch adaption kit in which you look up your make/modle/year and order accordingly. im not sure if it works w/ all winches, but i got it out af a cabella's catalog.
