My $0.02 -
Oil Filter - I just got a case from the dealer when bike was new. I will ck online for others, too expensive.
Oil - petro oil until about 30 hours (install at 10 hour maintenance), then any good 10W-30 synthetic.
Air filter - a good foam, twin-air or uni (must tack oil), K&N is too heavy, more likely to fall off in airbox.
Diffs - 75W-90 synthetic, I use Mobil 1, easy to find, good oil.
Gear box/diff coupler (transmission) - 70W-140, any good synthetic, I use Mobil 1 here also.

Well now your know what I am going to say cause I work at a dealership.
Motor oil 5w40 right from BRP.
Front and rear Diffs get the gear oil
The transmission takes chain case fluid.
Lets all remeber that the companys spend countless hours testing what works the best in there machines. If you want to use your warrenty then use what they say peroid.
