Default Roketa 250 atv-06 carb question...

I was wondering on the carb for the air/fuel mixture which is under the bowl screwing it clockwise or in the closed position you are running it leaner and counter clockwise or opening it means you are making it richer is this correct?? And I have a question after they warm up and you give it a quick press on the thumb throttle it seems to be trying to breath for some air sort of chocking out does it mean I have it to lean or to rich any help wouldbe thankful...

You are correct on the air screw. In is lean and out is rich. If the quad bogs at the blip of the throttle that usually means you are lean. You may want to move the needle up in the carb to richen it up.
