ARC at Rockey Mountain ATV.com are cheap, and made for ATVs also. Dirt Wheels gave them a decent review.
Fox also makes an ATV boot that is reasonable in price....
You don't have to spend $300 to get a good pair of boots. Sure if you are racing and want top-of-the-line, go get some Alpine Stars, but if you are a weekend warrior a pair of the Thor boots will work just fine....
