Default Lost Key

Just recently lost my key for my 1992 Polaris 350. Looked all over the house and cannot find it. We had a spare key cut but it didn't work. The question i am asking is can Polaris manufacture another key for it if I give them the number on the ignition, and if so what is a rough cost or do I have to buy a whole new ignition?

12 SWITCH, IGNITION
4110140 (replaces 4110086) 1 $76.43
this the cost of a new switch. they could make you a new key w/ the numbers (vin# i think) guessing for around $35.00.

Because of a similar circumstance I got a strap that is about 1"x6" for my keys. It is flourescent orange. Haven't lost a key since. Just a thought.
