Default Skunk Living In My Garage!

My garage has a cat door, so the cats can come and go as they like. The cats have been acting all spooked for several days now, so I knew something was wrong. Went out there this moring to move the quads, and there is a skunk curled up on an old towel sleeping under one of them. Going to have to figure out how to get rid of this guy!

open the door and throw a bug bomb in there that will get rid of him
If he doesnt leave he would probably either pass out or die one.
Or just open all the doors and fire up your loudest quad beside the building to scare him out, but he might spray so watch out.

LOL, that skunk knew a good garage.

You sure don't want that Skunk to spray and they give plenty of warning before they do buy there little dance. My guess is he was attracted to the area because of the cats.

A box trap with a blanket over it. Bait it with peanut butter or cat food. This is about the only safe way to do this. If that oil get in cloth you will never get it out. I have seen cars totaled by pissed off skunks.
For Gawd sake, don't shoot him. (Don't ask me how I know)

Shooting a skunk is tricky business. You have to make them mad enough to start that little dance and curl their tail over their back. Their hind end will be pointed at you and usually about ten feet away. Hit them in the red spot with a 12 gauge. No smell at all. As long as you hit the red spot dead on. hahahah tencubed i like your thinking. be sure to wear safety glasses though, you might get a lil blood on your face

I have a huge problem with skunks at my house. They have totally ruined our lawn from digging. They eat these little grubs that are under the grass.

i've killed 5 of the buggers this month and there are more.

I've shot them all with the .17hmr in the head and neck area. only 2 have sprayed, It was like 10pm-1am when i shot them all. Ya it smells but by morning its almost gone. (dont wanna use the 12guage, too loud for night shooting )

If i was you RR i'd lure him outside and shoot him. i think he would still spray if it was a live trap, espessially when you pull it outside, he may panic
