Hi guys, I bought a new Utility ATV 110 off ebay. Sorry to say the service was pretty bad
and Im kind of on my own. My son hasn't even been able to ride it yet. Problem Im having
is when I start the ATV its like its running at half throttle. The throttle cable looks fine on
the handle bar. My question is there away to turn down the idle at the carburetor on this
unit. I also noticed smoke comming from the exhaust pipes. Seems like a new burn off
to me. There was no manual for it so I wasn't really sure how to adjust the carb. I had
noticed some other posts about a jell in the carburetor. Is this something I should be
worried about. Sounds like it needs to idle for 20 minutes before riding.

Alright. I put the ATV on a floor jack to start up and It was running so fast I hated to let
it run. I noticed 2 adjustments on the carburetor. There is one screw that is up higher where the cable comes in and there is a adjuster screw near the air filter.

Maybe I shoud take off the airfilter to see what the carburetor is doing and how far its opened
up.
